3. In the last year, did you, Jayne Lanza, Mario Lanza, TopNet or IWIC receive any shares from the company or convert to common any preferred stock?

4. What are the details of the deal that was "trashed" and "rejected" by management?

Answer ASAP, Joe. I am starting to become convinced that YOU JOE LANZA are a god damned crook, and that YOU JOE LANZA and your crew are primarily responsible for screwing all the shareholder. It's a pretty clear picture as far as I'm concerned. TJS

With all the bullshit going on, I'm dumbfounded as to why the bottom hasn't dropped out of this stock. No volume. Still 12 cents. How long before we see .02/share? Also, we're going to be in the pink sheets real soon if the 10-K and Q are produced, pronto. TJS
