Yes and I have others savvier than me telling that is accurate. ** Finally, there is no June 30, 1998 deadline date to either... a) exercise our warrants at the 50 cent rate or lose the warrants automatically to the company or b) buy the warrants by June 30 or lose the right to exercise them later at the 50 cent rate (i.e can only convert for $1.00 after June 30)..... There is NO JUNE date the date of the warrants is August 2001.. Now he may want to change that ok but he is going to have to do a resolution to do it. I think because of all the confusion Dan realizes that the June window is NOT an option. Who ever gave him this oxymoron logic clearly tells me they do not want the warrant ot exercise nor be accumulate. Ok if someone was shorting this stock then they need to get the warrants at he cheapest possible price. Simple as that. GB
