kinda missed the point of the concept of transferring stock from margin to cash account, but who cares, anyway - maybe the colormate will help in determining the color of nuclear blasts in Pakistan and India.

Is it possible that hedge funds short against the box?
Just a thought, no proof.
Actually, if you short against the box, can you transfer the shares between different accounts to even without coming to the market so that the brokers do not charge commission fee?
