Timing on Downgrade is Fishy,

A downgrade just before a big ATM/telecomm convention?
Haven't followed/owned this stock long enough to know
much about analyst or brokerage firm involved. Anybody
care to vouch for UBS one way or the other? Could be
analyst just got wind that Fore ended up losing out on
a big contract they were competing for. Just guessing
here though. Peter.
