That is what led the other side to go off on a wild tangent chasing rabbits, passing right by the prize calf.

Congratulations on a brilliant mixed metaphor! I'm still trying to visualize the chickens going after the rabbit and missing the calf.

Somehow it reminds me of the period of three or four DAYS in which you guys solemnly insisted that FBN was a real company, and that we were CSHK's competition. We were all laughing so hard we could barely type our responses to your lunatic posts. And then there was the equally amusing stuff about the shorters' cartel, and the Mysterious Viasoft Link, and speculation about our employment by Evil MMs, and so on and on and on, ending with our being characterized as transvestite Scientologist demons from hell.

Thanks for the chuckles!

Hi John, I sincerely hope you don't have a lot of money on the line with this one. The "appearances" you refer to, I take it to mean, the pictures of Mr. Clifford at his employer's facility, a car dealership in Texas. Well, I was told a long time ago that a picture was worth a thousand words.

First Michael's post:

"Think about what you are saying. This really doesn't help CSHK cause. There are literally thousands of "computer guys" (and gals) who do this sort of work for their employer. This is not to cast aspersions on Mr. Clifford. He's probably good at what he does. But what he does, doesn't appear to be a mainstream software test house, it looks like he's the local techie at a beemer dealership with a sideline or two, one of which is testing software for CSHK.
A mainstream test house would have a significant staff, numerous customers, be referenced in at least a couple of trade journals, and probably not be subsidized by any car dealerships. "

Now yours:

"Michael: Why are you beginning to base opinions on appearances as in your post at exchange2000.com. That is what led the other side to go off on a wild tangent chasing rabbits, passing right by the prize calf. "

John,

Please come in out of that hot Phoenix sun. Take a nice cold shower, then lie down for a while. After a while, when you're feeling better, come back and talk to us, then maybe you'll be able to write a post that's both logical and factual.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery,
CL
