Howard, after all the DD that has been provided here, if one dissenting opinion is enough to shake you, I really think you should not be in this stock. You should sell and let stronger hands take your shares.

Howard - we can't refute the bulk of what he said. It's all true. But what we have been able to dig up is that there is much more to come - that's what will separate this deal from the 1000s of other ones out there. But I agree with Rman, If you're not comfortable, please sell.
