Here's some FASC info;

Johnny and all:
Here is a message from Ed Needham concerning gypsum grind results:
-------------------------
I've been reading the thread for the last month or so. I am the past
G.M. for FASC. I left in January of this year to go back to farming. The mills at FASC
can produce material finer than 625 mesh. The standard for the gypsum ground at
FASC is as follows:

Mesh % Passing
200 96%
325 78%
400 40%
625 20%

These figures are the typical results I would receive when I performed
screen tests on ground samples. We found during testing that the mill
would react very differently to different materials. The harder the
material the better the grind. Harder materials also grind faster.
Limestone works very well. The screen tests for Limestone usually had a finer grind than
Gypsum. We also found that the size of the material
being fed into the mill changed the grind and through put. The best size found for
Gypsum, Limestone and other products of the same hardness was 3/4" to 1" rock.

I would be happy to discuss my experience running FASC if you would like to call me.
My office number is 805-721-8796.

Ed Needham
-----------------
I did call Ed and we had a nice conversation. He feels that the potential is good for
FASC provided they get the funding problem solved. There should be some news soon
concerning gypsum production. He mentioned that they had a shipment at the rail head
and that management will be down next week to get things going. Now that the fields
are drying out, demand for gypsum and other soil nutrients will be high.

Ed left FASC to get back into farming and he bought a citrus farm. He still keeps in
contact with the company and speaks well of management and the employees.

I did talk to company awhile ago. NO news today. Hold up is with the other party and
his lawyer involved in the news story. As you know lawyers are put on this earth to
make sure our lives do not run smoothly. News will be out as soon as all parties are
satisified with the final draft of agreement and wording of news release.
When I had them on the phone I asked about rumor of adsk buying them out. First they
heard of it.
I also asked about the rumor of NASA . This could very well be more than a rumor.
Seems nvxe has been in talks with Nasa to film a space flight simulation. This deal seems
pretty far along and is more than just a possibility. Said as soon as they have a financing
pkg completed this would be one of their top priorities. My take on that is
They have the deal now all they have to do is come up with the money for the filming.
NASA wants them to put a camera on a shuttle film the flight from the standpoint of the
pilot and than use this film to create a game type booth that can be put into amusement
parks and such.

ALERT While doing some after market scans I found a stock that will please the following:

Fundamentalists (F/A'rs)
Technical Anaylsts (T/A'rs)
Bottom Fisher's
Daytraders
Investors

Here is a stock that is near its 52 week low ~.$0.40 and was over $5 just last year. It seems to be under accumulation ( 5 day chart) and now I think I know why!

Has a great looking balance sheet. This is from North American Corporate Consultants, Inc.

Total Assets ........................ $8,900,000.00
Long Term Debt ................... $500,000.00
Shareholder Equity ............... $8,400,000.00
Est Future Cash Inflow ...... $260,000,000.00
Shares Outstanding ...............12,600,000 Preferred A
Public Float .......................... 2,400,000

Now take a strong look at how many shares are being kept by the company. Over 81% !!! ( A very good sign for me!)

Also they are acquiring some great assets.

Getting my DD post ready so all can review over weekend. I have not purchased any of this company's stock yet, but plan on buying Monday morning.

Joe PTG&LI !!!
