Ravi,

RE: Recent non-performance of Y2K stocks - Au contraire, take a look at Information Analysis (NASDAQ : IAIC) today which closed at
13 7/8 +1 5/8 (or +13.27%) on volume of around 140,000 shares. The stock is up 40% from its recent lows a couple of weeks ago.

Bullish comments Wednesday from their annual meeting projecting record results and another Y2K contract sourced from Computer Associates International yesterday with the West Virginia State Dept. of Tax & Finance.

IAIC has a factory solution approach to the Y2K problem primarily for CA's fourth generational language database management products. Through its alliance with CA, IAIC is leveraging the Fortune 1000 client base of CA.

Good luck with SYNT which I am sure will lead the eventual resurgence of the Y2K stock sector.

Regards.

Elliot
