Folks, I just confirmed what Byron posted. A group of shorters are using scare tactics, calling people telling them to sell because DGIV is under SEC investigation. Three things: 1. That is a lie, DGIV is not under any investigation. You may remember several weeks ago I visited the SEC and asked for everything they knew about DGIV, and everything was right there, with all of their public announcements and nothing negative. 2. I would not be surprised, though, if the shorters are themselves under investigation, as the SEC watches trading patterns. 3. This goes to show you how desperate they are to cover their shorts Just hold and fry them.
