Regarding the dissenting view:

Thanks for all the responses to my friend's email. A couple of qualifiers:

My friend is not invested in ICVI/ME. He was just responding to my request for an unbiased opinion. Thus his analysis is just surface level, consisting primarily of preliminary impressions--it was by no means substantiated DD work.

Second, I am invested in ICVI, and have not sold a share. I did more DD on the Rocketmen than I did on ICVI, and I liked what I saw over the progression of their posts on DGIV. Hence here I sit with my 135,000 shares. At this point, I trust that they have a clear handle on what is about to make this company stand out from the pack.

But I do want to add one point. A book value of $2.85/share is not such a big deal is it? For a comparision--look at Cotton Valley Resources (AMEX: KTN). The last time I checked, they had a book value (I think that would be proven reserves) of something like $6 or $7 per share, but the share price has been languishing a little over $1 for months now. If I am in error here, please help me out, oil guys! It's just that the book value does not automatically mean that the stock will automatically rocket (no pun intended) up to that price.
