Any brokerage houses out there that take decimal orders and have a flat commission rate regardless of how many shares traded?

I've been going through Waterhouse, but anything over 5000 shares is .01 a share.... A buy order of 50,000 shares would cost me around $500... Needless to say, I purchased my shares in 5000 share lots to keep my fees down($12 a trade), but there has to be a better way to buy in bulk. Suggestions?

I bought a little more today. Now its time to sit and wait...

Thanks for the links to the other charting and info sites... Did any of you read the long message by the former MM that was posted earlier? I found it very insightful and it just strengthens my belief that the MM's are manipulating this stock...

I also want to echo the responses to the market orders... If your going to sell or buy, use a LIMIT ORDER, otherwise you risk being taken to the cleaners.
