Seems like a nice place to go to school or just hang out,I never been there though, will check it out next time I go there. kwi.org As for Kashmir policy I have no idea what the correct policy is,all I can do is speculate,watch, talk about it and leave the policy making to those in charge and hope they make the right decisions.

The GI from Kashmir?????Are you??? <VBG> I still don't know what you are saying. Are you somehow implying that the Green Berets,Navy Seals and the U.S Marines are in Kashmir???? In other words all these years the Americans have been fighting a proxy war in Kashmir on behalf of Pakistan???? <VBG> If it is, this is news to me, so they must be disguised as Islamic militants from Afgani,Saudi Arabian,Pakistani,Algerian and various other militant islamic bros [sort of like Dan Rather's attempt at reporting in local Mujahadin outfit while reporting from Afganistan during the conflict there] because that is who get killed and captured by the Indian army up there according to my information,then again what do I know? BTW do you subscribe to the Soldier of Fortune Magazine????Just curious is all.
