Baz, I don't know where your comfort level is but I would not buy a stock because it has a high call premium. SEV is strictly a special situation play where the short term reward outweights the risk. Unless..., you are comfortable making 144% a year and losing 100% by selling covered calls each month. SEV - again very impressive towards the close with buying coming from either those in the know or very impatient. Either way I'm begining to watch it very closely as the prospect of selling on good news looms large in my recent memory. Just a reminder - it is ok to profit and sell too early. There will always to another opportunity.
