icos (won't justify with caps!) I put so little credence to it I didn't realize others are quoting IT as the reason Pfizer was held back! I guess all you need are fancy names -Bill Gates deep pocket and 13% stake -former Amgen folks- a 'potential' product -small capitalization, what 800 mil vs. PFE of 100 billion+, to imply huge upward room to grow (no pun intended), lots of speculators to hype you and here you go instant Christmas!

From CNNFN-

But ICOS (ICOS) rallied 5-11/16, or 35 percent, to 21-15/16, following a
news report that the company is developing an impotence drug that could
be better than Pfizer's (PFE) blockbuster pill Viagra. According to the
report in the latest issue of BusinessWeek magazine, ICOS' pill, currently
being tested in clinical trials, could have fewer side effects than Viagra.
[ Pfizer ] 's stock dropped 1-1/16 to 105-9/16. ICOS was the most
actively traded Nasdaq stock.

Friday night I did see an interview with some fund manager or analyst and he was sure icos was going to 35 this yr. and much higher, for above reasons-too bad-talk about riding someones coat tails!
