Ariella,

Your point is quite accurate. But that dependence will lessen. Essentially the decline in this companies valuation is not warranted based upon the news of today. I am not at all pleased, but this was handled as well as possible under the current circumstances. One must also note that *if* and I suggest this with some trepidation, the company can complete the year as anticipated, we will be at record revenues and very close to record earnings with significant upside momentum.

Do not underestimate the possibility of someone trying to acquire this business. I meant what I said in my previous posts with respect to an unfriendly bid...This company does have a great client list, an excellent reputation for innovation, the largest manufacturing capacity in N.A., a growing and profitable business in an area of huge growth potential, no debt, $13mm in cash as of the close of the quarter...They don't seem to feel they are vulnerable. They feel they have about 30% of the stock in "friendly" hands. Only time will tell but take a look at the valuations of some of the other companies.
THESE GUYS ARE VULNERABLE. PERIOD.

Enjoy your weekend.

Agreed, and since MOT is currently experiencing significant difficulties with its businesses we should probably expect more turbulence. Too bad TFS wasn't more successful in getting a bigger share of other cell phone manufacturers business.

It may turn out that this was their biggest mistake rather than better self-promotion to the investor community!
