Yeah, he did it alright....I agree with you about Clinton succeeding, in that no matter how much disdain I personally feel for the current president, you really don't want to see any president floundering helplessly as it puts our prestige and future abilities to influence in serious jeopardy. The illegal foreign campaign contributions (though subsequently returned) and the soft money received from Loral with it's implications have certainly ham-strung this president in South Asia. Very sad. I too have moved to cash significantly, as of late Feb., think I'll wait until after the next election before getting back in. Depending on the results of course.
