Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't that give him access to inside information?

If he did in fact get the software, could he not then go and buy shares before he put out his opinion?

What I am trying to say is that, wouldn't he have to sign some disclosure form or something, and then get paid, and a news release issued?

Just wondering, because if Chapman had it, wouldn't some of us be upset. Just my thoughts.
