Dave Re: MGMA from briefing.com

14:30 ET Metro Global Media (MGMA) 3 3/4 +1 1/32 (+38%): Investors whipping this stock higher on news the adult industry publishing company plans to launch the Web's largest adult-related, internet-based mall. The Amazing Mall, is currently in Beta testing and will be debuted in June 1998. Out of the dozens of press releases that we have seen over the past two months announcing plans to sell wares over the Web, this company is one of the few that probably has a chance of making any near-term profits from the venture. If nothing else sells on the Internet, sex does. Maybe Pfizer should take note and launch a site just for Viagra. We have no doubt that one of these lesser-known anti-impotence companies will eventually announce plans to make such a move.
