HELLO MCFLY! Anyone home in there?

The answer is YES. You may exercise them NOW.

I don't get what you are saying by .50 plus 1 share. So, just cause I know everybody on this thread wants to hear this just one more time....YOU MAY EXERCISE THE WARRANT NOW. To do so, you will pay .50, and you will no longer own a warrant. What you will own, however, is a genuine share of Midland common stock.

I don't know about your Aunt May, cousin Mabel, the nephew, sister, or boyfriend, but I do know that in Georgia some people have ended up being their own Grandpa acting like that.

James, I have a copy of the WARRENT TERMS/Corporate Resolution and a copy of the new warrent sitting in front me. It was FAXed to me at my request from the TA, Signature Stock Tranfer Inc., Dallas, TX. It's a done deal - actually it was signed/dated 5/22/98.
