Buckeye -- Thanks for the report. I think you identified some critical areas where the 6 week window of upgrades needs to be focused. Two things for me to keep in mind at this time: 1) are these adjustments technological feasible/doable? 2) will management get the job done? If both of these questions can tentetively answered yes, then we are still in good shape. We do need to see progress though. Thanks again for your straightforward critique.

Yes, Buckeye I can say more; I would like to believe that all what you are interested in is constructive criticism. You, however tend to get excited (or so it seems reading your posts). Panic on this thread is the last thing we want and it just makes more sense to direct your critic to the company directly, they should know about it as they are going to fix it. Critique is good, depends how you do it and in this case you should direct it to the right party. Thanks for your help
