All, some tech sector news to chew on over the weekend... Intel is delaying production of Merced by six months. It's down to 70 1/8 afterhours on the news. Close today was 71 7/16. The delay is expected to hurt many in the enterprise computing sector including HWP (co-developed the chip), MSFT (needs it for 64-bit NT), Sun, etc.

BMFM,

I purchased RN and MO heavily when they hit rock bottom last week and have written the in money covered calls to protect my gains. Both of these issues will distribute dividends in the mid of June. Those two issues will give me some pretty nice gains for June. Although not much, but since I am not a short stud, I can't expect to make more money in a down market.

I rotated most of my money out of tech issues recently although I am still 100% invested. DELL, MSFT, and IDTC are the other three issues that I am currently trading. Actually I also wrote covered calls on MSFT last month and probably will also do so also for June.

I am not sure which direction the market will go. If the bulls want to take control, DELL and MSFT are the two issues that HAVE TO go up.

good luck,
larry!
