Bob, Over the years I have learned that most of the smaller biotechs make great trades. There simply is not enough institutional ownership in them. I buy very low--and yes--many times average down---then sell after one of these run-ups. I like Trega because they provide a service to other pharm and biotech companies--this generates revenue--and in my opinion--a future buyout by a large pharm co. With my luck, trading often--then big byout will happen when I am out of the stock--has happened before . My feeling is that institutions were prunning their portfolios the past few days of low priced stocks. At this price TRGA is a buy.
