Questions
1.How important are access charges to DGIV's ability to build a business.Where are we if the phone lobby puts enough pressure on Congress to apply access fees to voice over the internet.
2.How much of our clientele will be residential.
3.Do we avoid access charges on international long distance.

Big interview in Barrons last week re internet telephony.Needs to be addressed by someone who knows more than I do.
