Believe me, it was eons ago. In any event, I would see this as the more likely cause for the stock going up as it did. This often happens in situations like this with Value Line. There are always people who know about it in advance and this certainly was a big change. I think last year, they had it at 5 - the worse!.

That's great news as I am a Value Line fan and also subscribe. Live
in boonies so won't get for another couple days.

NOVL sure moves around a lot on a daily basis, percent wise that is.
Makes me more nervous than usual but plan to just hold on to see if
they can pull off some of this Java / NDS new networking application
stuff.
