The whole NASCAR alliance is huge and their products are superior.TMSR just doesn't know how to market their productsvery well and they aren't particularly concerned because management and the board have already feathered their nest.To maximize shareholder value, their main job, they need either to sell out or align with someone who knows how to market, has some credibility and knows how to create this value. This management/marketing team is in way over their heads and they don't even know it.
