.....James...You need not worry about Thomas Register. I begged them for an International Thomas, several years ago. The response was basically that their effort was here in the U.S., not overseas. .....On the other hand, their web site should be the standard, by which PNLK compares its service. On many occasions, when we were a bit desperate for time, I have gotten on their site, found several prospective vendors, for a product, e-mailed each, and had quotes from nearly all, by the next afternoon. Now that is service; however, it's a big world out there, we must remain competitive, and we want the option of searching a worldwide database, not just the U.S. Besides, that is only fair, as we export much product to other countries. .....Again, this is a great concept, and PNLK MUST MAKE THESE CHANGES in order to survive. I'll be back, because I want and need this service, and I won't give up until I get what our company needs. At this time, PNLK has NO OTHER COMPETITION, or, I wouldn't bother to pester them, and you guys.
