Gypsy,

I have a notion to spill the beans, he he he. Better not though, the Dr. may look Sidewares (oops sideways) at me.

For context :

1) Lotus makes strategic (and comprehensive in its long range consequences) decision to integrate DB2 into Domino and focus on using NT from Microsoft. With DD done on Sideware one can perceive what this means to Sideware. Sideware's "potential" is confirmed by Lotus' announcement of the MAJOR initiative and change of direction with the introduction of their SAMETIME family of applications.

2) Expect some pleasant surprises from Hot Notions down the road.

3) But first enjoy the unveiling of the new net storefront with third party products and

4) even before that expect the new TechWest Investor relations site utilizing the Net Notions technology via Hot Notions along with some surprises.

of course, IMO only

As for the trading today, the volume and move and strong close up was far to definite to be merely technical end of month house cleaning by brokers. Though it is interesting Cannacord was very active today. In the last 28 min. alone they bought 47,500 shares. I wonder if they might have been covering some very old shorts in advance of expected good news over the weekend.
