Northern Abitibi Mining Corp - Legal claim settled Northern Abitibi Mining Corp NAI Shares issued 22799405 1998-05-29 close $0.75 Friday May 29 1998 Also Hymex Diamond Corp (HMD) Mr. Glen Harper reports Northern Abitibi has been informed that the VSE has approved the settlement of the legal claim to the Milo property with Hymex Diamond Corp. In settlement of the legal claim, Northern Abitibi will receive 500,000 shares of Hymex and $260,000 (U.S.) as payment to purchase a loan receivable in that amount, payable with interest on closing. The closing date will be June 25, 1998, Northern Abitibi's proposed private placement announced in Stockwatch April 16, 1998 will not be completed.
