Quint,

Not a stupid question because I don't have the answer. There are OTC:BB stocks and then stocks on the Pink Sheets. I know these are different.

In general, on Yahoo stocks are listed as:

FIRAMADA INC (OTC BB:FAMH)

That's all I know for now. Still trying to figure out these systems myself. I know BB stocks are not regulated by NASDAQ.

later, leroyt

Quint,
A good question. Here are the markets;
NYSE:New York stock exchange
AMEX:American stock exchange
NASDAQ National
NASDAQ small cap
All the above report to SEC & have requirements to be listed there.
OTC-BB:Over the counter bulletin board
This arena can be like the wild west, some report, some don't, some makeup things to sell stock, etc. The SEC is in the process of forcing co's who do not want to be quoted in the pink sheets to start reporting. I believe the deadline is NOV.
Lots of info can be found @:
sec.gov
nasdaq.com
There's a site for BB's but i can't remember it you could ask GaBard as he specializes in OTC-bb's Hope this helps.
JC

PS..and just because they report doesn't make them a good co, but it does make it easier to sort thru the bs out there.
