The other day you ranted and raved that you had to get work done and the site was down. You frantically posted 12 times in one hour for someone to please get it back up. From these actions one would think it was the lifeblood of your business. And now........."Oh I wouldn't use it for free" WAZZUP WITH THAT? HUH?

This is a positive distinction from other innovations where the reality is that although they might be great and useful ideas, there still needs to be a considerable investment of time and money in educating the customer base as to why they need them and how they will benefit from the innovations. It seems not to be a matter of Build it and they will come, but more of They're already here and waiting - just get them what they need and want.
