Anybody guessing as to the reason for today's move? Big fund taking a position? Big short covering? I sold most of my stock earlier this month so it is punishing me? (and the crappy NMGC I bought kicked me in the teeth after it, like CYMI, beat estimates). I have faith in Cymer long-term, next two qtrs will be difficult and then it should be up, up and away.

In any event, it appears that we agree on the long-term fundamental value of CYMI. In three years, I'm hoping that we don't care whether we bought at 15, 20 or 25, as long as we bought.

No argument there at all.

As for pulling back to 15s in June or July, I would imagine it will depend on where it goes in the interim.

I apologize for saying " the worst of the Asian crisis is behind us." I should have said, "the worst of the Asian crisis has already been factored in." But, even then, I was speaking from my heart and not my brain. I hope the worst has been factored in.

Of late I've had to tweak my theories every day.

Later --
