Gene,

Re:Why would intel do this

My understanding is that they planned to make the announcement on Monday. However, Electronic Business News got a whiff of the story from the OEM's and published an article today. In the end, INTC was forced to admit the push-out plans early.

I like this for a nickname for him. I am assuming you are referring to bi-polar Joe

Gene,

You're right; it's sickening. I'm sorry you're holding as much (of INTC) as you are, but it'll be back, heck, maybe by Monday afternoon. I'm not sure they told Kurlak much of anything...I'm certain he's not their favorite analyst right now, with his cautious comments, but he's been right, IMO. I don't dislike someone because they speak their mind (tell it like they see it) and I tend to think this is what he's been doing.

IMO, INTC needs some new controls for making sure things like this don't leak (I must really be dreaming now) or they need you to shake some sense into them -g-.

Regards,
Teri
