"hand sorted" is right. I used to catch 3-4 chickens in each hand. Feathers flying. Chicken shit flying. Bad news, it was! Someone has to do it. Since then, I've wised up a bit, and got some education so as to not have to catch chickens for a livin'. To this day - someone has to catch the chickens. I can certainly sympathize with them...pay notwithstanding. Ice
