I spoke to Nav yesterday and he tells me that CVC is awaiting approval from VSE on the new plans for the future.. CVC should be a different company in 2/3 months as additional funding is coming from Asia. He sounded very optimistic for the future so I think we should feel the same ( we don't have any choice )

All is not lost.

Hi Pierre,

I spoke with Nav on the phone yesterday. He told me that he was just about to leave for the lawyers office to find out whether or not the VSE had approved the new property that CVC submitted as a major transaction. Apparently the Exchange had recently made it's decision on this matter.

Nav said he unoffically heard that the Exchange's response was postive and I assumed that this would be a major step towards CVC getting back on the trading board again.

He also mentioned that the status of CVC's option on the old African properties was still in limbo and that in any case he didn't think these would be looked upon as favourably as the new property by the VSE. I didn't get into details because I just didn't have much time to talk with him.

So I guess there's still some light at the end of the tunnel.

Hope this helps.

Ron
