Absolutely. COMS isn't doomed forever, but it's success rests entirely on management's shoulders. They have the capability to turn the situation around, but you and I can only guess when that will occur. I will say that the stock will recover before it's apparent that the company has recovered. In other words by the time it is obvious that COMS business is picking up the stock will be back above 30 on it's way to 40, so if you want to call a bottom on COMS you will have to do it when things look bleak.
