Hi Sonny. I always enjoy talking to you. Been too long.

I'm afraid I have fairly negative near and intermediate term feelings about Intc stock. It gives me no joy to say that because I think Intel is a great company, and a credit to the country. And I happen to know the CEO's wife.

I certainly think that Intel's lock on dominating the PC microprocessor market remains secure, and I continue to think that Merced, albeit delayed, will be a huge success in the server and workstation space.

But I think that margin pressures on Intel will remain. And I tend to think Kurlak is right there. In truth, I think he has had a remarkable record on Intel for some time now. My belief is its is dead money or worse for a year to come. I would sell on rallies if I were you.

But of course I am not.

Best wishes.

Doug
