Lisa,

The 3mm was the float of INFE. The point I was trying to make
with ICVI was that both INFE and ICVI have about the same amount
of the float in _tight_ hands. I'm trying to demonstrate that
the percentage of the float in our control with ICVI will not
restrict upward mobility, as you seen today.
