Rational:

Just heard on MSNBC that Pakistani technicians had problems with fuses and so had problems detonating all the nuclear weapons. some of them were duds. According to the report, the Indians have more sophisticated weapons systems and the Pakistanis have better delivery systems- missiles.
By the way, Mohan, what does VBG stand for.

No point in pussyfooting around.

Hey Sankar:

Now that was some plain speaking by the Prime Minister and about time too.I believe he speaks volumes about India's concerns and did let the Pakis and Chinese know about it no uncertain terms. It is about time somebody spoke the truth,no point in pussyfooting around it. If you don't let the 'interlocutors' [as the current word of choice by the Ambassador and the government] know where you stand you can not honestly negotiate anything with them. Now that everybody knows what the issues are I say good for the PM and now let India take the lead in solving the disagreements.
