I am just curious. Wouldn't the holders of MIDLW know the value of MIDLW? Why do they want to sell them at a lower price if they know that all they need to do is convert them and sell MIDL for a better price?

I suppose that MIDLW holders understand what MIDLW is.

Crossy there is null trade that comes into effect when looking at volume.

Example: 10K buy, 2.5k buy, 5K buy, 2.5K sell, 8K sell.

Now that means 17.5K bought 10.5K sold that means you actually had on 7.5K more sells than buys. If that is enough the price increases. however 21K volume is null trading and mute volume.

Please understand if the sells at any point during the day favors the sells the price goes down. Then the buying volume has to overcome the sells that took it there and the sells occuring till the buying is ahead by 33% and then the stock price will rise. As the volume of the buys starts to equalize the sells the bid ticks up.

So I do not put a lot of emphasis on the volume. Just always remember the stock has to has a steady influx of buying and minimal selling to rise. SHorting also nullifies the buying.

I hope I have explained this some what effectively.
