All those shares place at $45 7/8 in that secondary offering are coming in quite helpful these days. Without them, the free-fall (the one we may still be in right now) would have been/would be steeper and deeper!

If the price stays down here then the SPO will be repriced. Nobody wants that so we'll probably see some upgrades or reiterations before the SPO happens.

If I remember correctly with the cash raised through the IPO ORBC will have some 400 million plus in current assets of which about half will come back to ORBI for services rendered,ie for the satellites built by ORBI and launch services etc. You can go to the SEC filings and verify the numbers.
