Mike ... Dan Fisher is an extremely smart man. He is a no nonsense type. Focused on DF-144 He is busy taking care of buiness. Now he would like to see the stock act right and get the warrants out. But he knows what he wants sometimes it not exactly what he can do. The Dividend for example he stated he would give 1 share of P for every 2 held by shareholders of record. However he wanted the dividend to convert in Oct 199. Now once he had to comply to the SEC rules and reulations he discovered 1.) It had to be free trading 2.) With a change in conversion he would have to create a fourth stock ticker and market. 3.) Tax payers would owe a lot of tax for the dividend He is listening to some brokers I guess that is the problem also. Especially if the broker is one shorting the stock. Now short position ownwers do not want exercising to occur obviously why that is. So anyway the focus should be on the DF-144 not the trading. GB
