Max,

News on an ADSL rollout - a large CLEC (ICG) is apparently going to try to do something big by co-locating their gear at the RBOC central offices. Hummm..wonder how bought in the RBOCs really are. Note the last paragraph where they emphasize they are not doing this with any plan numbers for consumers - it's really being done for small businesses and home offices that want T1 (DS1) speeds on the cheap.

i have just sent an e-mail to Oravax,that,in as polite terms as possible suggest to them " they have been had"--I believe that some
companies,in need of cash make deals they don't really understand--
and the only people making money now are the "shrewd operators"
churning their CPs.---doubt i will get a response.max90
