I don't think Leo is an MM agent. He's solid on DGIV. I think he didn't get what was going on with ICVI/ME, how a shell can be used to get a company on the boards without all the hassle. (I think I understand it correctly). Or maybe Leo was just drunk. Now Mr. Biggs on the other hand.......
