My source is Brandywine's quarterly report dated 3/30/98 and the average price is $25.11.

Interesting story re Brandywine. I live in Jackson, Wy. Last Spring I was discussing Apple with an acquaintance. I told him I thought Apple was a good play over the next couple of years. Freize (Don't know the spelling), the manager of Brandywine funds also lives here and my acquaintance is a family friend of his. He went to Frieze and mentioned my mentioning Apple. Frieze apparently laughed and told him it was a bad idea. In January Frieze bailed out of most tech stocks. The news was released the day Intel earnings came out. Interesting cause I mentioned at the local gym that I had gotten out of most everything the same day and was told he also was out. Guess he follows my investment strategy. True story. Rich
