I believe there may be something fundamentally flawed with a company that can't find a way to reward its founders, even when they are hard to get along with. There is a sense of moral repugnancy when a company can't honor those who were it's foundation. Such a small price may bode well for its future. (Assuming what you have posted is true) One of the most successful stocks (MSFT) certainly didn't do this as Bill and Paul have done very well.

Until this company finds a way to right the wrongs, I believe this stench will continue to haunt ABMI and cause the floundering to continue and possibly exacerbate into failure. Sorry folks, doing what is right should come before money, IMHO. The kind of management attitudes that this represents, will find ways to pervade the culture and undermine the integrity of the corporation somewhere, sometime.
