curtis, are saying that the market makers have nothing to do with the price of a stock rather it depends on sentiment and fundamentals? my sentiment is as high as ever and i know the fundamentals have not changed so??????????

That's news to me and most everyone that posts on BB stocks on these and other threads. Are you saying MMs don't manipulate at all? Come on. THey are not only factor but one of many. Post directed at you.

chirodoc: I think the following link confirms that MMs do cause the stock price to go up and down. It contains an explanation from a former MM about the numerous ways in which MMs manipulate the stock price www2.techstocks.com If you would also like, I could dig back through the DGIV thread for all the great information provided by RICO that clearly illustrated many days with DGIV where the buying volume exceeded the selling volume and yet the stock price came down. Not the market causing it to come down on those days. Cheers Mike
