Don, All logic points to this being a sa-sa-sa-safe haven. The only reason I stutter when I say it is that I thought the same thing when they fended off Texaco, and that didn't work out so great. I fear that the board and mgt. are more interested in keeping their jobs than in adding to shareholder value. Still, shareholders have been to vote negatively when they lose $27 a share in a short period of time. I think PZL will be taken, either cooperatively or hostily, and we should see the 89s again by this time next year. So, I am recommending buy and hope I don't get burned again. MB
