Response from Joe Lanza Saclac, A week ago, without a word, Joe V and Cliff Casey moved out. Joe V has not spoken with me to date. Then Wes started blasting away, spewing half truths which mislead the average shareholder. The facts will be in a lawsuite. If Jayne put the facrs here, you would not believe her, why should you? Just remember, Joe V was given his shares, as was Dal and Cliff. You and I have paid for our shares, even Denis Casey has bought shares. The directors and management have not reached into their pockets for $.15. All I can say, is that Jayne will not let me turn the other cheek on this one. So the game begins. I have said that I would be the bully for the shareholders, and I will keep my word. Joe Lanza
