Dan. That is not true. I think your opinion on Maesa is justified. I can understand why you feel the way you do. What happened with that company never should of taken place. The potential for that company to be successful was there. But again, the wrong people became involved and you saw what happened. Unfortunately the same thing is about to take place with Airstar if nothing is done about it. You have good reasons to be as negative as you are. Your correct about some of the things you say. Everyone has their own opinions and has a right to voice them. I can understand why you are negative about Joe. The only thing I will say is he doesn't deserve 100% of the blame for Maesa. As for Exten, I can tell you that he didn't find that deal. Tom Coldicutt brought Exten to him and wanted him to get involved with the company. It never materialized. Since then, the shareholders went in and fired the Board of Director's and restructured the entire company and have a new Board. From what I understand is that they are doing well. What an example though. The same thing should have happened for Maesa and also Airstar. So, you see Dan, I am not saying your wrong about your opinion. Your correct on many things. I'm just saying Joe doesn't deserve 100% of the blame. By the way, you can never say I didn't honor my word. I refunded your subscription to Profit Magazine. Right? Jayne
