Intel can sell their products for whatever they like, as long as there is no collusion or predatoriness(?) involved. They are already quite accustomed to gross margins in the 60-90% range.

I agree that Merced will cost much less to produce than it will be sold for (I'm not sure about your estimates). But I am sure the DOJ will not try to tell Intel to price their products lower.
